Hi! My name is Misia (pronounced Meesha), and I've been deeply connected to meditation and intuitive work since the age of 12.
As a highly sensitive child I discovered how to direct my awareness, find deep clarity and build a relationship with an inner voice that never led me astray.

Over the years I trained under a psychic, a yoga instructor, and a shaman, took courses in breathwork, shamanic journeying, meditation teacher training and later immersed myself in Jungian psychology.
Since the age of 18, I’ve worked full-time in the field of spiritualism giving intuitive readings and selling introspective tools.

My experience with meditation I’ve been practicing meditation since the age of 12 following the guidance of a family friend, I have since received 1-1 guidance from both a yoga instructor with specialty in eastern energy healing and a Shaman who specialised in psychic development for a few years. It is through these deeply perspective shifting experiences that I had in meditation which deeply inspired me to go down this path of guiding others to connect with the wisdom of the mind. I have also done courses in breathwork, meditation teacher training, astral projection and attended a week long silent meditation retreat. I enjoy Exploring a wide range of traditions, from Eastern philosophy and neuroscience to esoteric and intuitive practices.
